Ban-Koe Systems is an established building automation systems and Human Resources software provider that is growing and has a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being involved in many aspects of a small business and is comfortable working independently. Ban-Koe designs and markets Human Resources software and fire alarm, door access, CCTV, and intercom systems. About the Role We're a fast‑moving, technology‑driven company looking for someone who wants to own our Accounts Receivable function and lead the success of our YayPay by Quadient system. This is a hands‑on, leadership‑minded role — perfect for someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and taking charge. What You'll Do Run and manage all AR activity through YayPay / Quadient Enter sales order requests into our ordering system Send purchase orders to suppliers Receive product and communicate availability to Project + Service teams Collaborate across departments to keep operations moving smoothly Who You Are Experienced in AR and accounting fundamentals Tech‑comfortable and eager to master systems Positive, proactive, and business‑minded Someone who takes initiative and leads, not waits A team‑oriented thinker who values collaboration Why You'll Love It Here Fun, solution‑oriented, customer‑first culture Your ideas matter — titles don't limit contribution Multiple growth paths: IT, Service, Sales, Development, Field Service, Production Competitive pay: $24-$32 per hour Location This is an onsite role in Bloomington, MN.
