PIPESTONE

is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team and help ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments across multiple business entities.

What You'll Do:

✅ Receive and route invoices to appropriate locations✅ Verify approvals and assign correct general ledger codes✅ Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable system✅ Print checks, obtain signatures, and mail vendor payments✅ Upload ACH files to banking institutions✅ Prepare annual 1099 filings✅ Maintain data accuracy and integrity

What We're Looking For:

✔ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills✔ Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills✔ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

2-year Accounting degree preferred

3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

Customer service experience helpful

Livestock industry knowledge is a plus, but not required If you're a self-starter who enjoys working with numbers and appreciates the importance of accuracy, we'd love to hear from you!
