YOUR DAY AS A PAYROLL/ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

As a Payroll/Accounts Payable Specialist at Viking Coca-Cola, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, processing and verifying payroll data while ensuring accuracy in hours worked, wages, deductions, and taxes. You'll maintain up-to-date payroll records and calculate commissions, making your role crucial to our team's success. By responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, you'll be a key resource for our staff, all while upholding the utmost confidentiality of payroll data. Additionally, you will process vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and communicate with vendors to resolve any issues promptly. Your contributions will assist in the month-end closing process and may include other duties as assigned, making every day at Viking Coca-Cola an engaging and fulfilling experience!
