Robert Half Finance & Accounting Contract Talent is currently seeking an experienced AR Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary opportunity basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess cash applications and ensure payments are accurately applied to customer accountsSet up new customers and maintain existing customer account informationSupport accounts receivable activities and assist with additional credit and collections responsibilities as neededLearn and take on additional responsibilities over time based on experience and business needsMaintain accurate and organized customer and accounting recordsQualificationsEntry-level candidates are encouraged to apply0+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experienceStrong attention to detail and ability to learn new processes quicklyPositive, hard-working attitude with a willingness to take on new responsibilitiesComfortable working with accounting systems and performing detail-oriented data entryExperience with AS400-based systems is a plusAdditional DetailsTemporary assignment expected to last 3-6 monthsOnsite positionInitial schedule will begin as early as 6:00-7:00 AM and may run through approximately 2:30-3:30 PMAfter training, the typical start time will be approximately 7:00-8:00 AMBusiness casual dress codeFree parking availableIf you meet the qualifications and are ready to take the next step, call us at (314) 262-4344 for immediate consideration.
