  • What you'll do The Account Assistants positions within the Accounting Department require attention to detail and accuracy while performing variety of tasks.
Payroll is responsible for employee and consumer payroll. This position works with various departments and staff to answer questions regarding payroll and resolve payroll issues as well as processing documents in a timely manner for payroll to run correctly. Knowledge of SAMII and payroll experience is beneficial for staff in this department. Qualifications
  • All you need for success In addition to the minimum qualifications listed below a successful candidate should have the basic knowledge of research methods related to financial transactions and the ability to identify and resolve transactional issues.
Team member should demonstrate excellent communication, planning, organization skills and the ability to problem solve.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have satisfactory performance, no written reprimands within the past 6 months, and no other disciplinary actions during the past 12 months. Adheres to the safety and security policies for the hospital. Embraces the mission, vision, and values of the hospital and shows respect daily.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in banking, balancing accounts, accounts payable, payroll or similar experiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAMII HR and/or Financial, and Missouri Buys 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed) Lack of post‐secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant. Job Details
