Responsibilities Enter purchase orders and file them away Perform credit card reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Enter credit card receipts Assist with payroll entry, ensuring timely payments and accurate tax deductions. Work closely with the accounting team on other accounting duties Requirements Proven experience as a bookkeeper within the construction industry Proficiency with accounting software such as ComputerEase, ViewPoint, Foundation, or similar accounting software Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in financial record keeping. Strong Microsoft Excel skills Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
