Description Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in O'fallon, MO seeking a full-time Bookkeeper. The Bookkeeper must possess strong organizational skills while working in a small team environment.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:

• Manage credit control, collections, and outstanding accounts
• Handle bookkeeping and daily financial administration
• Oversee office operations and facilities management
• Provide administrative support to leadership and staff
• Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration
• Ensure compliance with company policies and serve as a liaison with group leadership

Bookkeeper Minimum Qualifications:

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• 2+ years of experience with Bookkeeping and Office Management
