Duties Manage all aspects of bookkeeping using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports for management review Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and client communication Assist with office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Support front desk operations by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing appointment calendars Perform clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing Word processing files, and maintaining spreadsheets for various projects Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments to ensure efficient time management for team members Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new productivity software quickly Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial recordkeeping is preferred Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to proofread documents accurately and manage multiple tasks efficiently This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about organization, enjoys supporting teams behind the scenes, and wants to grow their career in a lively environment.
