Louis Metro area . This role is 100% onsite and offers pay ranging from $24-$26 per hour , depending on experience. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle payroll on a weekly or biweekly basis Review and audit employee time records for accuracy Maintain payroll records, deductions, tax elections, and garnishments Prepare payroll reports and ensure compliance with payroll regulations Generate and distribute client invoices and account statements Record incoming payments and maintain accounts receivable records Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation Assist with month-end and year-end close activities Support internal and external audits Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
