Accounts Payable Specialist eShipping, LLC - 2.8 Parkville, MO Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Vendor coordination High school diploma or GED Desktop applications Vendor relationship management Productivity software Technical Proficiency Full Job Description Position Summary The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for the functions necessary to support carrier, trade, and other payments for eShipping, LLC. The main responsibility will be assisting in daily/weekly batches utilizing multiple payment methods (electronic and check) to ensure our partner carriers and other vendors are paid within established time limits. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to the following: Preparing reports that are used to link invoices ready for payment from the Transportation Management Systems to the General Ledger accounting system Review, audit, and arrange payments for Domestic services Review, audit, and arrange payments for Trade services Maintaining filing system in accordance with IRS and customer requirements Handling miscellaneous payments to customers Managing and handling vendor payment detail Communicating with internal and external parties on payment inquiries Other administrative duties as required Must be able to work onsite weekly to print and mail checks Required Skills and Abilities To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
