This role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. Duties Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks, ensuring timely invoicing and payments Maintenance of IOLTA trust accounts / client settlement distributions Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining filing systems Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and courteously, directing calls as needed Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, managing appointments, and handling mail distribution Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and supporting calendar management Support customer service efforts by responding to client inquiries via phone or email and providing excellent support Requirements Credit Score >700 (credit report will be run) Criminal Background Check (no convictions, felony or misdemeanor, excluding traffic)
