Saint Charles, MO Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Full Job Description Responsibilities Include Review, reconcile, and ensure vendor invoices are accurately recorded in the A/P system Assist with cash management by ensuring timely payments to take advantage of discount opportunities Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions/discrepancies Serve as a key stakeholder in maintaining positive working relationships with vendors, responding to inquiries, and resolving open balances. Assist with month- and year-end close for A/P related tasks Ensure payments have appropriate support, prepare checks to be mailed, and file payment/support as needed Special projects as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
