We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a growing accounting team in the St. Louis area. This position will manage day-to-day AP activities, including invoice processing, payment coordination, vendor communication, account reconciliation, and maintaining accurate financial records. The individual will also work closely with other departments to resolve billing issues, support month-end accounting activities, and assist with general finance and administrative needs. Qualifications:
2+ years of accounts payable experience Experience working with an ERP or accounting software system Good understanding of basic accounting concepts and AP processes Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with vendors and internal teams Self-motivated, organized, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team #ACCPRI
