We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting processes and advanced Excel skills. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in records, and supporting overall financial operations.Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, vendor payments, and collections Process payroll, including payroll taxes and employee benefits administration Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies Handle credit card transaction entry and reconciliation by: Downloading activity into Excel Reviewing, categorizing, and reconciling transactions Importing finalized data into the accounting system Maintain accurate financial records and meet reporting deadlines Assist with answering phone calls and general office support as neededQualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting Strong knowledge of AP/AR processes and financial reporting Proficiency in payroll processing and related compliance Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, reconciliation schedules) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well with others and maintain strict confidentialityPreferred Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyWork Environment:
This position requires a reliable, team-oriented professional who can work independently while contributing to a collaborative office environment.Pay:
