Job Description

Overview We are looking for a reliable Bookkeeper to manage our clients financial records with precision and professionalism. The successful candidate will perform a variety of bookkeeping tasks, ensuring compliance with financial principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial records Manage general ledger duties and maintain accurate account balances Process payroll functions, including payroll tax deposits and sales tax payments Prepare and file sales tax reports in a timely manner Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; or 3 years of equivalent bookkeeping experience Strong mathematical skills with a keen ability to identify and correct errors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks Knowledge of finance accounts, payroll taxes, sales taxes, and related principles and practices
