Accounts Receivable Representative

Collection Bureau Services, Inc is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to join our exceptional team in Missoula. This role is vital in creating a positive experience for consumers and helping Montana maintain strong financial health.

Key responsibilities:

Engage with consumers over the phone using empathy, professionalism, and firmness. Negotiate payment arrangements and terms. Use investigative skills to locate consumer assets. Manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively. Work independently while also collaborating with team members. Maintain punctuality and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient computer and typing skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and other standard software. Strong time-management and organizational skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently. Strong reading comprehension and analytical thinking. Clear and effective verbal communication. Commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
