We are seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in person at our local office. Key Responsibilities Financial Processing:

Accurately scan, assign, enter, and route bills for payment; execute vendor payments and prepare monthly owner packets and disbursements.

Property Operations Support:

Process work orders efficiently with vendors to keep property investments running smoothly for owners and residents.

Front-Line Service:

Maintain a welcoming environment by ensuring residents receive prompt, courteous support.

Administrative Operations:

Deliver reliable clerical support and handle general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

High school diploma or equivalent; proven experience in administrative roles and accounts payable.

Required Skills:

High proficiency with computers, exceptional customer service, and superior organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

Prior experience in a property management setting and familiarity with property management software and web-based screening platforms.

Compensation, Schedule & Growth Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (In-person)

Pay Range:

Hourly equivalent of $19.00+ per hour (salaried base, dependent on experience)
