High Point, NC Employment type: Direct Hire or Temp to Hire Weekly pay with direct deposit or pay card, when applicable When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description A well-established employer is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support day-to-day accounts payable functions and help ensure accurate, timely supplier payments. In this role, you will enter and code invoices, maintain supplier and payment records, process check and electronic payment runs, and review expense reports. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable following established procedures, and has prior accounts payable experience in an ERP environment.
Responsibilities:
Set up suppliers accurately in the ERP system to support timely payments and applicable tax reporting Enter supplier invoices and accurately code payable transactions to the General Ledger Process payment runs, including printed checks, wire transfers, ACH payments, and other electronic payments Maintain organized records of supplier invoices and payments Audit expense reports for appropriate supporting documentation and assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma required Associate degree or other college education preferred Prior Accounts Payable experience, particularly in an ERP environment, preferred Basic Microsoft Excel skills required Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to follow established procedures consistently
