Job Description

Accounting department looking to hire assistant position. Will assist in processing invoices and payments, reconciliations, month end, maintain accurate records and filing systems and misc office work. Must have accounting experience and trust/escrow accounting is a plus. Looking for an employee with a strong attention to detail, very organized, efficient and extremely reliable. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), Google Workspace, email, computer savvy• Confidentiality of utmost importance. Background and credit check required. Hours M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
