$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Job description: Proman Staffing of Wadesboro, NC is currently looking for Account Receivable Specialist in the Wadesboro area! If you are a well-rounded candidate, we encourage you to apply! We are now hiring an AR Specialist who is a team player, versatile, and dependable! Job Summary Pay depends on Experience 7:30 to 5 Monday -Thursday Friday 8am to 2pm Detail-Oriented and dependable Processing customer payments Maintain accurate AR records Proactively collecting outstanding balances from customers Secondary responsibilities include- customer service and supporting the accounting Dept with admin and accounting related task Qualifications HS diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable, collections or accounting experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excell Experience using accounting or ERP software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional, courteous, and handle sensitive financial information Ability to lift 20 lbs Ability to remain seated for long periods of time Why Proman Staffing??
