Job Description
Job Summary Paulsen, Inc is looking for a full time, motivated, and detail oriented Accounts Receivable clerk who is responsible for calculating and processing customer invoices, monitoring overdue accounts and investigating billing discrepancies. This person will manage the accounts receivable processes and account reconciliation. Position will start end of September. Duties include but not limited to the following: Collect invoices from all locations, review for accuracy, then process invoices Reconcile customer accounts regularly to verify transaction accuracy Monitor Aging reports to identify overdue accounts Assist with month-end closing and prepare journal entries Prepare monthly statements and generate finance charges Maintain filing system and archives Qualifications 2 plus years experience in accounts receivable management and bookkeeping or an Associate degree in accounting Ability to perform detailed data entry with accuracy Professional phone etiquette Proficient in Excel Familiarity with Sage software is a plus Paulsen, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
