Job Description
Overview Accounts Receivable Representative The Accounts Receivable Representative manages daily financial transactions, processes payments, handles credit accounts, and reconciles gaming and non-gaming revenues. They ensure accurate record-keeping, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist guests or corporate clients with billing inquiries. Responsibilities Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures. Consistently deliver positive, courteous and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors and fellow employees. Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service. Receives hotel accounts receivable detail supporting control figures daily. Maintains files and posts to detail as directed by supervisor. Assists in preparation of aged trial balance and analysis of hotel receivables. Mails out current hotel billings daily. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma preferred Experience in accounting department preferred Must possess an active Casino Employee Registration or be eligible to obtain Credential from the NJ DGE Pay Range USD $18.00 - USD $18.00 /Hr.
