Job Description

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our team in Cape May, New Jersey. This long-term contract position is ideal for candidates with a strong attention to detail, a solid background in cash applications, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile cash applications with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review.
  • Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving accounting issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support overall financial operations.
  • Utilize Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Ensure all accounting functions adhere to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the accounting department.
