Job Description
Currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Clerk and join the expanding team of a small company specializing in online sales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to make an immediate impact and possess an unrivaled attention to detail. In this role, the candidate should expect to work closely with the company's Accounting Manager to handle accounts receivable, including posting payments, recordkeeping, sales tax filings, periodic audits, and other day to day tasks associated with the financial side of the business. A minimum of two years experience in a similar role is required. The right candidate should be a motivated self-starter, capable of taking instruction and running with a task, as well as someone who is comfortable working individually or among a small team. Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, including Excel, and QuickBooks is a must along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
