Job duties:

Properly post documents, purchase orders, and invoices according to company procedures. Post invoices pertaining to parts statements Enter invoices into the computer system from vendors, checking that the payments have been authorized. Reconcile any accounts on the accounts payable schedule that cannot be verified by a vendor statement or invoices. Must be able to work well with people on all levels and be able to communicate effectively with management team Must issue monthly payments to vendors on time to avoid late fees Prepare trend analysis with explanations on increase or decrease of expenses. Job requirements Must have experience of working in the accounting office of a dealership Must have knowledge of accounts payable Must have good communication skills Must have good attention to detail and deadlines Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred Performance Automotive Group is an EOE. Drug and Background checks are required.

Pay:

$24.00 - $27.00 per hour
