Job Description
Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Payments & Reporting Specialist positions in Morristown, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end processing of fees and rebates tied to contract obligations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payment execution.
- Review and analyze new and renewed contracts, allocate payment terms, validate transactions, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Excel and reporting tools to track financial performance, contract compliance, and operational metrics.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Contract Development teams to support contract execution, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in payments, contracting, data analysis, financial operations, or a related field; senior-level and management experience will also be considered.
- Advanced Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, Macros, and complex data analysis (approximately 7/10 proficiency level or higher).
- Experience with SAP or other reporting/BI tools such as Tableau; experience with Power BI, Shift, RMUS, or Sapphire is a plus.
