Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking an Accounting Assistant II for the Athletics Business Office. Among the key duties of the position are the following: Assists in general accounting and Procurement (P2P) functions including the vendor management, processing of purchase orders, invoices, facilitating credit card payments, and the like. Assists with the management of Game Contracts/Non-Conference Guarantees. Works with all necessary support groups to see the full process of contracts through to the end. Tracks and reconciles all payments made.
