Key ResponsibilitiesApply and record daily cash receipts accurately within the receivables systemManage accounts receivable activity related to insurance partners and co‑insured entitiesPrepare and distribute monthly billing statements and detailed financial schedules to external partiesRespond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely, professional mannerPerform follow‑up and collections on outstanding balances with business partnersMaintain organized records to support audits, reconciliations, and internal reportingAssist with the preparation of financial reports, schedules, and exhibits for management and external stakeholders
