Responsibilities Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up with customers to secure overdue payments through professional negotiation. Reconcile customer accounts regularly to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Assist with month-end closing procedures by preparing journal entries related to receivables and revenue recognition. Engage in data entry tasks involving high-volume transactions while maintaining accuracy through double entry bookkeeping practices. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries related to billing and payment status via phone or email. Skills Proven experience in accounts receivable functions Strong understanding of financial concepts such as debits & credits, journal entries, account analysis, and account reconciliation. Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail for accurate account reconciliation and data entry. Effective negotiation skills paired with professional phone etiquette for collections efforts.

Pay:
