Job Description

Job DescriptionJob Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and revenue.
  • Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy. Code expenses and reconcile information in Quickbooks for all company codes Assist with coding on various spreadsheets
  • Assist manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Provide insights on budget variances and assist in financial forecasting.
  • Assist in the payroll process, including bonuses, reimbursements, verifying federal and state payroll taxes are paid etc. Assist with check printing/bill processing
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • ADP Payroll experience preferred
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeping Accountant or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, etc.)
  • Basic or Intermediate level experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
M-F 9am-5pm
