Job Description :

The Medical A/R Representative will be responsible for follow-up with insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable (A/R). This includes reviewing denied claims, making edits as needed, and resubmitting claims to insurance providers to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities :

Follow up with insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable. Review denied claims, make necessary edits, and resubmit claims. Work collaboratively with the billing department and insurance companies to resolve any issues. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and correspondence.

Qualifications :

Required :

Medical Accounts Receivable experience. Knowledge of insurance eligibility, claims submission processes. A desire to grow within the healthcare revenue cycle.

Additional Details :

This is a full-time, on-site position in Hamilton, NJ (not remote).

Regular office hours:

Monday-Friday, either 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm.
