full-time Associate Accountant - Accounts Receivable Teterboro, NJ | Onsite | Direct Hire A well-established commercial investment firm is hiring an Associate Accountant to join their small, collaborative accounting team.
What You'll Do:
Process receipts, wires, and ACH payments across entities Maintain tenant records and property-level accounting Handle bank reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations Grow into budgeting and CAM reconciliation responsibilities over time
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of AR experience MRI Software experience a plus Self-starter who thrives in a small team with minimal oversight
