K Responsibilities:
Process accounts payable transactions and verify vendor bills Post bills into the system, track expenses and process expense reports, Assist with check runs Prepare bank reconciliations and prepare journal entries Assist with month-end closings Prepare analysis of accounts Reconcile credit card accounts Assist with year-end tax returns preparations including 1099 filings. Maintain vendor files; correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries Administrative tasks (phone, data entry, plan company events, etc)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Experience in excel and QuickBooks 4+ years experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping role
