This is not a general warehouse position. Candidates must have commercial door & hardware knowledge and experience with ASSA ABLOY, Allegion, and dormakaba products.

Responsibilities:

Receive and check in UPS, FedEx, and LTL shipments Verify incoming material against purchase orders and packing slips Maintain and restock hardware inventory Pull and stage hardware for sales orders and contract projects Verify manufacturer, part numbers, finishes, and quantities Identify shortages, damages, and incorrect material Assist with inventory counts and organization Keep the hardware room clean, labeled, stocked, and organized Coordinate with Sales, Project Managers, Purchasing, and the shop Required Experience Commercial Division 8 door hardware knowledge Familiarity with ASSA ABLOY, Allegion and dormakaba product lines Knowledge of manufacturers such as SARGENT, Corbin Russwin, Yale, Schlage, Von Duprin, LCN, BEST, Precision, Stanley, and related brands Familiarity with locks, cylinders, exit devices, closers, hinges, electrified hardware, thresholds, weatherstripping, and door accessories Ability to identify hardware by manufacturer and part number Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lift and move boxes of commercial hardware as required Basic computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Teams is preferred We are looking for someone who understands commercial door hardware and can help make sure the correct material, quantities, and hardware are pulled for each project before it leaves our facility. Experience with Division 8 commercial door hardware is required.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
