full-time Luxury fashion brand in Midtown is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their growing NYC-based team. This role is critical to maintaining the company's cash flow and financial stability by ensuring the timely collection of receivables across all revenue streams whilst maintaining good relationships with our wholesale clients. Key responsibilities include preparing and processing client invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to strict submission deadlines, uploading invoices to receivable guarantor portal within 10 days of shipment to maintain credit insurance coverage (multiple currencies) You will be managing overdue accounts, liaising with clients to resolve queries, minimize aged debt, and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances. You will also be maintaining client accounts, liaise with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and external parties regarding invoices, deposits, shipments, payments, credit approvals, and sales activity and more! You will also be responsible for preparing weekly and monthly AR aging reports and ensure data integrity is maintained within NetSuite. A degree in Finance or Accounting is required as is a minimum of 3 years' experience, ideally within the fashion/luxury goods sector. This role is onsite. Fluency in Italian is a huge plus!
