Accounting Specialist $45-$59/hour | Monday-Friday We are seeking an Accounting & Risk Management Specialist to support accounting, reconciliations, reporting, insurance, claims, and operational activities. Responsibilities Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations Review GL, AP/AR, and intercompany accounts Investigate discrepancies and resolve outstanding items Prepare monthly and quarterly reports Assist with payroll, inventory, COGS, and lease reporting Track Certificates of Insurance and insurance schedules Assist with auto and workers' compensation claims Support safety, fleet, and compliance reporting Requirements Accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or related experience Experience with bank reconciliations, GL, AP/AR, and account analysis Strong Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills

Preferred:
