Job Description
```Duties```
- Prepare and maintain financial records for the organization
- Perform general bookkeeping duties, including data entry, journal entries, and reconciliations for a variety of industries
- Complete administrative office tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Schedule meetings ```Skills```
- Some knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Able to learn accounting software and excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
