We're growing, and we're looking for someone detail-oriented and organized to join our team and help manage the company's day-to-day payment processes. About the Role As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll manage payments across fuel suppliers, food and beverage distributors, contractors, equipment providers, and various other vendors, ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time across all stores. What You'll Do Process vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate payments across fuel, food/beverage, maintenance, equipment, and service accounts Review invoices for accuracy, proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation. Maintain organized and accurate accounts payable records. Assist with month-end accounting and accounts payable reporting. Identify opportunities to streamline and modernize our accounts payable processes and systems What We're Looking For General professional experience, preferably with some experience specifically in accounts payable Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities across a multi-location business Clear communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset Join a growing, established company with deep roots in the Four Corners region, where your organizational skills and ideas for improvement will make a real, visible impact.
