Job Description

Accounts Officer We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Officer to support our finance and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and efficient accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting transactions and general ledger activities. Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and payments. Perform bank and account reconciliations. Prepare monthly financial reports and management reports. Monitor outstanding receivables and payables. Maintain accurate financial documentation and records. Support audits and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field. 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills.
