Job Description
VIP staffing is Immediately hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM This is a Full Time temp to hire position with a Schedule of Monday- Thursday 6:30am - 5pm (schedule can be flexible) Pay for this position starts at $50,000 per year DOE As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will: perform a variety of accounting duties that include purchasing orders, statements and invoices to verify amounts owed to vendors. Prepare and process payments for vendor invoices and other financial obligations in accordance with internal accounting policies Respond to vendor inquires and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments Accounts Payable Specialists must meet the following requirements for consideration: 1-3 years of related experience Some college courses preferred, but a degree is not required Basic knowledge of accounting practices and procedures Strong Computer skills and basic Clerical knowledge Strong Time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks and plan to accomplish goals Excellent written and oral communication Strong Critical thinking skills Excellent customer service skills Don't Wait!
