Job Description

Job Summary:
The Accounts Payable, Receivable, and DMV Titling Clerk is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions related to payments and collections, as well as handling all aspects of vehicle titling and registration with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). This position ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with state regulations, and timely processing of financial and vehicle documentation. Verify and process vendor invoices against purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy. Prepare and execute payments to vendors via check, ACH, or wire transfer. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions. Accounts Receivable Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner. Record and track incoming payments, applying them to appropriate accounts. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances and resolve payment issues. Prepare regular accounts receivable reports for management review and approval. DMV Titling Prepare and submit vehicle title and registration applications to the DMV. Verify documentation accuracy and compliance with state and federal requirements. Track the status of title applications and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Communicate with customers, dealerships, and the DMV to facilitate the timely processing of titles.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a similar administrative role Knowledge of DMV titling processes and state regulations is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills
