To learn more about our company, please visit https://awsupply.com Accounts Receivable Representative The Accounts Receivable Representative position essential duties and responsibilities include: Calling and emailing customers to collect payments. Assisting customers with invoice inquiries. Entering customer payments. Opening & assigning credit to new accounts. Qualifications Maintain a high level of organization. Good time management. Strong eye for detail and follow through. Accountability is key. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; written and verbal. Strong data entry skills with experience in email correspondence. Prior experience in Collections/Accounts Receivable. Ability to have hard conversations with customers.
