Accounts Payable Specialist

Duties:

Financial flow

• Full ownership of data entry, invoice processing, and vendor payments.

Cash management-Prepare and process daily cash disbursements.

Collaborate:

Professional point of contact between vendors, shops, and management.

Analyze:

Go beyond the numbers to identify trends and proactively communicate recommendations to improve internal workflows. Provide other essential operational coverage within the office.

Requirements:

Previous Accounts payable or other general accounting background is preferred. Proficiency in Excel, comfortable learning and navigating new software quickly. Comfortable with high-volume, repetitive tasks High level of organizational skills and commitment to accuracy. Team player mindset with verbal and written communication skills.

• $25/hour. Monday
• Friday, 8:00am
• 4:30pm schedule (in office). 100% company paid retirement
