Type:
full-time A prestigious financial services firm and they are looking to hire a Global Head of Accounts Payable. This role will sit in their Greenwich office.
Responsibilities:
Lead Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, and Vendor Management operations. Hire and manage team members as needed. Optimize systems; evaluate new tools to improve workflows. Define KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements. Ensure strong service delivery to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Tech, HR, and other teams. Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership. Support accounting with reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
Qualifications:
10+ years of AP experience Bachelor's in Accounting or related field Must have experience working in Asset Management Strong Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and PowerPoint skills Must haver Managerial experience Experience working with senior leadership Analytical, detail-oriented, and quick to learn The salary range for this role is $160,000-$250,000, commensurate with experience.
