Our goal is to provide superior property management services. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to help us properly maintain payable information. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Participate as a key member of the financial operations team to deliver exceptional services Process accounts payable invoices and deposits for all client properties Assist in monitoring the formal, monthly financial statements of client properties Follow standard procedures to collect delinquent accounts Continuously track budgets and spending habits of properties Assist in preparing formal monthly financial statements for client boards
Qualifications and Education:
BA/BS degree in accounting or the equivalent combination of education and experience Understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping, and accounting Experience working with Microsoft Excel, and Word is necessary High degree of accuracy Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management skills are necessary Effective communication skills Ability to consistently meet all deadlines Willingness to develop and grow with the business
