This vital role combines financial management with administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to support our office functions and client interactions. Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Online software, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile bank statements, and prepare financial reports for management review Handle data entry tasks with precision, including updating spreadsheets and maintaining organized filing systems Support customer service efforts by responding to client inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and clarity Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software for bookkeeping tasks Strong computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel (Spreadsheets), and Outlook Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Effective phone communication skills with proper phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication and team collaboration Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of office management procedures combined with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience as a personal assistant or administrative support role is highly desirable Ability to handle customer support responsibilities with professionalism and patience
