Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support the client's Finance & Accounting team with daily accounting and administrative activities. Key Responsibilities Process invoices, payments, and accounts payable transactions. Assist with accounts receivable, billing, and payment records. Perform vendor, bank, and account reconciliations. Accurately enter and maintain financial data in QuickBooks, ERP systems, and Excel . Prepare accounting reports, spreadsheets, and financial documentation. Assist with month-end closing and general accounting activities. Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents. Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve accounting discrepancies. Provide general administrative support to the Finance & Accounting department. Requirements High school diploma required; Associate/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred. Previous accounting, AP/AR, bookkeeping, or related experience. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks . Experience with ERP/accounting software is preferred. Good understanding of basic accounting principles. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
