Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team! This vital role combines essential bookkeeping responsibilities with some additional administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate financial management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and possess good communication skills. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using computer software and general ledger entries, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and provide information to our payroll service provider Assist the receptionist in front desk duties as needed, such as greeting visitors, answering and directing calls professionally Support office management tasks including calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and organizing meetings Assist with client communication and customer service efforts via phone and email to ensure positive interactions Coordinate office supplies inventory and ordering Qualifications Prior experience and/or training in bookkeeping and/or double entry accounting Proficiency in some type of bookkeeping software (TABS3 is a huge plus!) and familiarity with software such as Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and technical proficiency in office software Reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain legal client confidentiality Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your skills will make an immediate impact!
