BENEFITS ACCOUNT CLERK
Location:
MEAGHER - CENTRAL OFFICE
Effective Date:

Salary:
$48,000
Experience:
Knowledge of COBRA, ACA, Medicare, workers' compensation, and disability insurance requirements and procedures.
Experience processing employee benefit enrollments, including new hires, qualifying life events, COBRA, ACA, and Medicare.
Experience working with payroll and business/finance offices to ensure accurate benefit deductions, payments, and reimbursements.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with computerized payroll, accounting, or benefits systems preferred.
Ability to interpret and follow federal regulations, contractual requirements, and insurance plan guidelines while maintaining confidentiality.
