The Account Receivable Clerk will be mainly responsible for collecting payments from our clients. The Clerk will work alongside with our Business Development Team in under to comprehend the retainer agreement and payment terms. Job candidate must be a self starter, detailed oriented, have excellent customer service skills, and team player. What are your responsibilities? Contact a set number of client per day/week to collect payments Process payments made via credit/debit card Process cash payments made by clients in person Commute any client concerns Provide feedback on how to improve the accounts receivable process Provide feedback on how to improve U.B.A./Client relations What are the job requirements? Proficient in Quickbooks (1-2 years requirement) 1+ years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk in the legal industry Proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel spreadsheets Comfortable with data entry and basic account reconciliation Excellent customer service skills Proven excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
